1. Order Processing

  • All export orders are processed after confirmation of product specifications, quantity, pricing, and payment terms.

  • Order processing time typically ranges from 3–10 business days, depending on product availability and order volume.

  • For fresh produce (Onions, Mangoes), processing time may vary based on seasonal availability.


2. Shipping Methods

We ship internationally via:

  • Sea Freight (FCL / LCL)

  • Air Freight

  • Road Transport (for domestic shipments)

  • Courier Services (for samples)

Shipping mode is selected based on:

  • Buyer requirements

  • Product type

  • Delivery timeline

  • Agreed Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR, etc.)


3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time depends on:

  • Destination country

  • Shipping method

  • Customs clearance process

Approximate timelines:

  • Air Freight: 5–10 business days

  • Sea Freight: 15–35 business days

  • Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note that delays may occur due to customs procedures, port congestion, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, volume, destination, and shipping method.

  • Charges are finalized at the time of quotation.

  • Any additional customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.


5. Packaging & Handling

Dhanavi Global ensures:

  • Export-standard packaging

  • Proper labeling

  • Moisture-proof and hygienic packing

  • Compliance with international shipping norms

Fresh produce is packed to maintain quality and shelf life during transit.


6. Customs & Documentation

We provide necessary export documentation including:

  • Commercial Invoice

  • Packing List

  • Bill of Lading / Airway Bill

  • Phytosanitary Certificate (if required)

  • Certificate of Origin

Buyers are responsible for import clearance and local regulations in their country.


7. Shipment Tracking

Tracking details will be shared with buyers once the shipment is dispatched.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If goods are damaged during transit, buyers must notify us within 48 hours of receipt with proper photographic evidence.

  • Claims will be handled as per shipping insurance terms (if applicable).
