All products are supplied subject to availability and export regulations.

• Payment terms (Advance, LC, TT, etc.) are mutually agreed before shipment.

Failure to complete payment as agreed may result in order cancellation.

• Orders are considered confirmed only after formal acceptance by Dhanavi Global.

• We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

• Once production or procurement begins, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, customs clearance, weather, or force majeure conditions.

• Shipping terms are governed by agreed Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR, etc.).

• Risk transfers to the buyer as per the agreed shipping terms.

7. Quality Assurance

We ensure:

• Export-standard packaging

• Compliance with quality checks

However, natural agricultural products may have slight variations in color, size, or texture.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dhanavi Global shall not be liable for:

• Delays caused by customs or government authorities

• Losses due to improper handling after delivery

• Indirect or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the invoice value of the goods supplied.
