For fresh produce (Onions, Mangoes), processing time may vary based on seasonal availability.

7. Shipment Tracking

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If goods are damaged during transit, buyers must notify us within 48 hours of receipt with proper photographic evidence.
Claims will be handled as per shipping insurance terms (if applicable).
